What are the criteria for the leads generated?

 Are these leads exclusive?

Yes, the leads are exclusive and they are generated only for you. We identify ourselves as working for you (your name).

What is the Replacement Policy for the Leads?

We have a QC team which checks the leads that we generate and all leads are backed by our unmatched quality and customer service. However, in case a consultant disagrees on authenticity of the lead, we have a very fair and impartial policy to provide with replacements for the disputed leads.

How do I get started and what is the timeframe to get started?

Simple, please fill in get me started form and our accounts manager will get in touch with you. The start date of the campaign may vary from a couple of days to a week; it will really depend on the geography and the size of the campaign.

What can I expect on the conversion / closing percentage?

Closing ratio depends on too many factors out of which we control two - the quality of lists used for your campaign and the quality of telemarketers. We work with the telemarketers and calling lists. A Property Investment with good conversion can sign up 2 to 3 clients from a lot of 10 Customized leads.

What kind of Quality Checks do you have in place?
We have a three level QC check on our leads.

 1) On floor QC - Done by a verifier/supervisor, to confirm that there are no clerical errors on the file and to make an attempt at the missing information on the file, and also to judge the intent of the homeowner to speak with a Loan Officer.

2) Paper QC - Done by the Quality dept to check that the leads conform to the criteria of the campaign.

4) Lead Qualifier – Before a lead is emailed, we qualify a lead depending on the eligibility of a consumer, appointment is confirmed with both partners,  enough equity or savings, English proficiency and open to investing in an investment property.

Do you call across Australia?

Yes, we do call nationwide. However, there are some states that are better suited for telemarketing with respect to the economics of particular states. 

How do you manage the DNC Statute?

Our DNC compliance processes are audited by third party agency periodically.

How do you target the calling list for the telemarketing campaign?

We expect you to send a fresh qualified calling list or we are happy to purchase it for you. We work very closely with leading list vendors like Dun & Brad Street and The Prospect shop. If we purchase a list on your behalf we do not mark up the prices.

Can I work on post payment model?

Yes, if you are 6 months old client buying minimum30 leads a month, we can work on 50% advance payment model.

If I buy more than 30 leads a month, do I get a discount?

We work on standard pricing and do not offer any discount on bulk buying.

What is a qualified lead?

A “qualified lead” is a lead that satisfies all criteria mentioned in the services section.
