Presently we have two types of leads suitable for selling INVESTMENT PROPERTIES.
Standard Leads: -
Here the appointment is set minimum 7 days to 14 days ahead with consumers having:
1. Minimum combined income of $ 50K per annum.
2. Age between 26 – 55 years.
3. Prospect has never filed bankruptcy.
4. All leads are within your preferred postcodes.
5. We offer minimum 20 leads @ $400 plus GST , paid upfront
Customized Leads:-
Investment consultants have higher conversion with these leads. All appointments are set min 7 days to 14 days with consumers having:
1. Minimum combined income of $60k to $120k.
2. Age between 26 to 50 years.
3. Have at least $120 K equity.
4. Both partners will have min two years of full timer employment.
5. None of the partners have filed bankruptcy.
6. If they already have an investment property, it must have been purchase at least three years ago.
7. In these leads, we go a step further and e-mail a prospect your company profile, name of the consultant with appointment date and time. .
8. We make sure all appointment (s) are set as per your consultants preferred date and time.
