Terms and conditions

1) Consultant (s) NOT TO contact potential client(s) as we will confirm the appointments on their behalf.

2) If we generate a lead using your calling list and it does not meet your criteria, the lead can not be replaced. (It is important you send us the qualified calling list).

3) Calling list provided by you entirely remains your property. It will not be used for any other related or unrelated campaigns.

4) If a lead is replaced, the original for which it is replaced – is our property; we expect you NOT TO contact the consumer again.

5) If you disqualify a lead, Cyrus reserves the right to contact the consumer and find out the reasons for not proceeding to an appointment.

6) All payments are to be made 100% upfront.

7) Leads generated will be emailed to the designated email id (s) and we expect you to acknowledge the receipt of all leads and give us the feedback within 24 hours or the lead will be considered qualified, hence billable.

8) While carrying out your campaign, we will collect confidential information of your prospective client. We will not share or use this information for any other campaign.
