Terms and conditions:-

1. Cyrus guarantees 70% diagnostic rate.
2. Coaches to contact business owner/s instead your internal assisting staff trying to further qualify leads. (within 48 hours)
3. If we generate a lead using your calling list and it does not meet your criteria, the lead can not be replaced. (It is important you send us the qualified calling list).
4. Calling list provided by you entirely remains your property. It will not be used for any other related or unrelated campaigns.
5. If a lead is replaced, the original lead is our property; we expect you not to contact the business owner.
6. If you disqualify a lead, Cyrus reserves the right to contact the owner and find out the reasons for not proceeding to an appointment
7. All payments are to be made 100% upfront.
8. Leads generated will be emailed with in 2 hours and we expect you to acknowledge the receipt of all leads.
9. If you feel a lead is not qualified properly, it should be reported with in 48 hours.
10. While carrying out your campaign, we will collect confidential information of your prospective client. We will not share or use this information for any other campaign.
11. When you transfer the funds, please make sure you write our invoice no. in the description.
